It's about something more... or perhaps something less

This is for Steve, Sr. and Charity.
And all the rest of us who long for the salvation of our Emmanuel.

The whole creation groans and suffers...
even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting eagerly for the redemption of our body."
Romans 8:22-23

Am drinking this in. Really. (No pun intended.) And I'm so glad you can express through art... it says what words often cannot.

I love this too. I also loved taking in each image with this thought running through my head: "Hey, I know that handwriting!" Thanks to special packages in the mail from you, more than once. :)

Oh Erin -- This is so raw and real and beautiful. Yes, somedays when my body feels so fragile and frail, it seems to have a creation groaning of its own, beyond that connected to my heart and soul. And especially in winter, I feel the groaning of all creation a little more loudly and feel connected to it somehow.

Thanks so much for the email and background for this. It was very special to me to be included here.

Erin - this is so beautiful. It actually makes my heart weep. And I love the song on your blog right now. Always have. You are so talented.

I want to tell you that this is beautiful, that this speaks to me, that I feel this.
But words can't tell you this in the right way.

What a compelling image through color and the companion prose...demonstrating the power of words...and THE Word.

Beautiful!
